Limited leveling campaign

Hi I am returning to NWN2 and trinity -- -
and i see bulletin board for limited leveling campaign
Particiated in one when last played - it was a blast
But cant seem to find any information on it. Is it still running etc. Are there openings etc

County is currently running the LLCO, which starts in an hour (Sat. 10am NY time, 3pm London). We're at lvl 4, need a non-easy, non-ECL race toon with basic gear.

Thats 2am Sunday - in Australia - i can manage that
missed this saturday i will make a a character to level 4 and only the 10000 gp we start with - maybe i can delevel lady winter
EDIT: deleveling Winter was easy - mind you she has wis 6 - minus one wis twice for RP reasons previous low level campaign

Looks like nobody thought to correct your info on this, so I guess it has to be me.

We are at lvl 5. Only basic non magical equipment. After you bought your basic equipment, your starter gold would be around 700gp. You can buy potions with this gold, but max limit on light healing potions is 5. No limit on other potions yet. You can also buy magical items later, once you acquire more gold, but you would have to confirm your purchase with county.

EDIt : i am a tad confused - buying +1 equipment gets through the 10 000 starting hp
buying non magical equipment will leave with 9 000 or so

Thats because starting gold for this campaign is not 10000 gold. It was basic non magical equipment for free and like 700 gold in your pocket.
