Monk's Blazing Aura

A quick request to see if we can get the skill "Blazing Aura" set to an instant cast ability, similar to the elemental shield that Elemental Archers get. That is all.

Haven't been on in about 2 weeks, busy at work. Just logged in though and tried Blazing Aura. Possible the changes have not gone live yet? Still takes a round to use.

I confirmed that I pushed the changes on 11/4. Looking at the 2da line, it definitely is configured correctly and there must be someting else that it is controlling the timing that will need looked into.

It worked correctly when it was on the beta server, not sure why its not now on live.

It's entirely possible that something got rolled back due to a bad 2da merge from our source control. I have a push coming on Wednesday for the new chapter of Weapons of War campaign that I will repush this hak file update.
