[*] Some optimizations to my double stacking patch.

[*] Many minor tweak on high end mobs AB/CR. Note that higher CR means more EXP per kill.

SR bandits: nerfed by 6 AB
SR lions: nerfed by 1 AB
SR tiger: nerfed by 3 AB
SR tay guard: nerfed by 3 AB
SR red wizard: CR increased by 1, now CR 36
SR prey hunter (archer): nerfed by 5 AB, and now CR 31 (originally CR 30)
SR flesh hunters: nerfed by 3 AB, and now CR 31 (origianlly CR 30).
SR skeleton hero: nerfed by 5 AB
SR wyvern: nerfed by 5 AB
derror warrior: nerfed by 3 AB
swamp corpse golem/ bag of bones: nerfed by 3 AB

[*] A corner case fix for double stacking patch: meta-magic feat items will no longer lose quickbars

[*] Optimize the patch a little bit to minimize the chance of the dup happening if the sever lags.

[*] Removed the annoying ILR 20 pop up message during double stack fixing
[*] Open inventory GUI after the double stack fixing
1. This conveniently allows players to check what's going on.
2. Also helps to avoid item dup during lag.

Im not sure that opening the inventory every login is a good idea. Could be a miserable user experience, especially for new players.

If the opened inventory window helps to avoid item duping during lag I would suggest to open the window but hide what we are doing by using "effect FadeToBlack()". Its the same effect I am using for the encounters on rest. We get the positive effect without confusing new players.

[*] Fixed a bug related to HIPS

[*] Tuned CR of drow castles. Increased CR for about 0.5~0.75.

[*] Add several item drops for eliminster's sidequest and witches

[*] Mass cat grace/bull str/... spells now give proper ER bonus similar to the single target version.

[*] Changed many of my new drops to use random rolls
