* Spider Companion Changes:
- Added custom AI for to avoid close combat and break aggro
- Added 40% Concealment
- Increased AC
- Added 10% Immunity against everything on lvl 20, 30 and 40
- Granted spider passive regeneration of 1/HD

* Fixed bug with dropping creature immunity items

* Fixed CL overcapping bug in GetArcaneCasterLevel function
* Fixed CL calculation bug for NPC characters in GetArcaneCasterLevel function
* Made Arcane Society promotion tool working for all DMs
* Introduce a local variable to allow non EX creatures to use ROT custom CL scaling
* Removed Shadow Summon from Vampiric Feast
* Removed the Magical Damage Immunity Debuff from the Witches elemental debuff spell
* Added a variable to the vanilla DetermineCombatRound function to make sure that the vanilla AI really gets ignored if needed
* Fixed a caster level calculation bug in the Instill Vulnerability code
* Added a new creature with a new custom AI
* Added a new spell for the new creature
