[*] Changed the name of the "Arcane Purist" feat to "Spellcasting Purist"
[*] Spellcasting Purist is granted to Wiz/Sorc/Cleric/FS/Druid/Shaman on lvl 15 automatically
[*] Spellcasting Purst works like the former Arcane Purst feat and allows you take the three available epic casting feats
[*] Updated descriptions to reflect the changes

[*] Fixed missing description from the Blur spell
[*] Updated missing Ranger spells (spellrework project)
[*] Added 5% CL scaling/ER for ranger spells
[*] Updated missing Bard spells (spellrework project)
[*] Added 5% CL scaling/ER for bard spells
[*] Updated descriptions to reflect the changes

(Like the last time: I updated the code very fast to get things done wihin a reasonable amount of time so it is very likely that I made some mistakes. Please let me know if you stumble upon something and I'll fix it as soon as possible.)

* Changed Explosive Damage feats to be percent based (Basic Feat 10% / Epic Version 20%)
* Fixed Duration of SoV, Body of the Sun, Lesser Aura of Cold
* Changed Splinterbolt to Piercing Damage for all classes
* Fixed number of bolts for Splinter Bolt to match the dscription
* Adjusted desriptions of Explosive Damage feats to refelct the changes

I am in the process of getting BETA fully resynched with Production player data, etc. This change will require a full QA regression test, and if at all possible, player feedback.

[*] Creeping Doom Fix (the VFX didn't expire in some cases)

Just a little side note: The Spelldamage boost from Explosive Damage and Epic Explosive Damage might be reduced in the near future to 7,5% / 15% (from 10% / 20%). I am still in the evaluation process but wanted to inform you as early as possible.
