Type of Feat: Class
Requirements: Arcane Scholar level 10
Specifics: At 10th level, the Arcane Scholar becomes a metamagic expert. The DC of all empowered spells is increased by 1 and the DC of all maximized spells in increased by 2.

[*] Slightly reworked how the feat bonus damage works so I can later expand the concept with custom itemproperties

[*] Fixed Epic Combat Endurance (now fires once per round instead of once every 0.6 seconds)
[*] Scorching Earth is now affected by Epic Combat Lethality
[*] Removed the removal of Dark Mages near to area entrances because it might cause problems
[*] Rogue Set AB does not apply anymore if the character also has Combat Mastery
[*] Non-Hostile NPCs won't spawn during Rifts anymore. This means that you have to leave some areas with the portal stone now (hopefully temporary)
[*] Draukari Tunnel Rift area should now work correctly
[*] Draukari Tunnel Rift stones do drop now
[*] Cloak Tower Rift Stones do drop now
[*] Added Asyrian Mausoleum as a Rift Area
[*] Added Iron Crags as a Rift Area
[*] Added itemproperty to increase animal companion level
