[*] Fixed a bug in the random loot generation code which made low CR random drops too strong and high random drops too weak
[*] Changed the follwing summoning spells so that they use the vanialla summoning system again for NPCs:
- Demonic Pact
- Summon Pit Fiend
- Summon Lich King
- Phantom Wolf
- Phantom Bear
- Live Oak
- Animate Dead
- Create Greater Undead
- Create Undead
- Gate
- Greater Shadow Conjuration
- Mordekaines Sword
- Shades
- Summon Creature I-IX
- Summon Shadows
- Extract Water Elemental
- Epic Gate
- Summon Shadow
- Summon Vampire

[*] Fixed an issue that caused NPC summons stand around uselessly until they get attackd
[*] Removed shield from Vampire summons
[*] Changed Vampire damage from Magical/Divine to Magical/Negative
[*] Reduced Vampire Concealment by one tier
[*] Fixed Cloak of Shadows Concealment but reduced it to 30%
[*] Elemental Swarm blocks now a summon slot
[*] Shadow Decoy now blocks a summon slot
[*] Properly capped Devour Magic at 1d20 + 1/CL (max +20)
