do you think it will be possible to have new sets, , and of some modification on existant sets ?

Yeah, there is definitely a need for new sets for classes that don't already have them.

I think we would also need to do some much needed updates to low tier existing sets, specifically:
1) Paladin
2) Blackguard
3) Dwarven Defender
4) Hexblade
5) Warlock

For the base classes, only Scouts lack a class-specific set. Not sure what a good new set would be without being very niche, as there are a lot of less than useful PrCs. Maybe a Dragon Disciple set?

I agree with KC on the older sets, but perhaps a little on the set a little on the class itself, small bumps, not huge all consuming overhauls.
I had a conversation with Brumm about working with Paladin class, and set. He said he might have time after the warlock rebuild.

That does make sense.

The paladin class likely can be brought up to par with a few minor tweaks.

DD, BG and Hexblade will however require more extensive revisions.

I think it would be appropriate for a Dev to co-ordinate the work, and do them one at a time in a systematic manner.
