What I need as well is every item with 100% Synthetic Immunity on it.

Should be :
"100% Synthetic Damage Immunity"
"5% Damage Vulnerability"
"10% Damage Vulnerability"
"25% Damage Vulnerability"
"50% Damage Vulnerability"
"75% Damage Vulnerability"
"90% Damage Vulnerability"
"100% Damage Vulnerability"

Ok, another round of testing!
Brian pushed the capped damage vulnerability changes to beta. All your item immunity/vulnerability should be shown on your character sheet now. Set bonus immunity wont be displayed though.
I'll create a new bandit for tests in the arena soon.

Beta server updated, Updated HAK file below should be placed in your hak folder before connecting. Accounts have been fort knoxed up, so as long as you have logged in since last reboot on beta, you won't be needing gold or wish shards.

Changed items don't have vulnerability according to item properties anymore. There should be vulnerability to cold in the following list of properties:

Based on the numbers on the character sheet and testing with the bandit, the vulnerability property seems to apply still.

Did you download the beta patch?
If yes, I guess its just the missing tlk update. I'll upload a tlk for testing soon.

Put the tlk into your MyDocuments/NWN 2/tlk folder before you log into beta. Just override the existing file. When you connect to the production server again the ADL will replace the beta tlk by the correct one again.

I tested the Cold Vulnerability on my Cleric's Asylum Smith's Hammer.
It's no longer mentioned on the item and after taking one out of stash, the same happened. After depositing the other one into the stash, the cold vulnerability's been replaced with "Bad Streef 100% Damage Weakness".
I suspect it doesn't work correctly.
