Here is a compilation of some of the spell issues that have been brought up by other players and myself in a consolidated list so Brumm can look at it when he has time.
Do add anything else that you've noticed.1) Leonal's Roar
Issue: The spell has an incomplete description. It currently only checks the HD of the target, and not the CR. The death effect also has no save, although it does respect death spell immunity. It is able to 1-shot any mob as long as its HD is below CL-10 (so even EX6 mobs of up to HD 40 can be instant killed with no save).
Proposed solution: Multiple possible solutions. Making it check CR instead of HD, allowing the Fort save to protect vs death, or reducing the death effect to a less potent one.2) Spell Name: Evard's Black Tentacles
Issue: The AB of the spell is too low to hit mobs of appropriate difficulty

Issue: Missing AC on the Summon. Likely due to improper porting of the animal companion code. Druids seem to have a bugged Summon IX as it summons a far weaker creature.

Issue: The spell DC of the secondary knockdown effect is locked at 15 instead of scaling with caster level.
Proposed solution: Set the knockdown DC to the same as the spell's damage DC.4) Wail of the Banshee, Finger of Death (Anti-Cheese code)
Issue: The formula for powerlevel double-counts EX ("The powerlevel of the target is equal to it's challenge rating plus 10 plus 3 per EX level") As EX also directly increases CR.
Proposed solution: Set powerlevel to CR * 1.25? This avoids the odd situation where a CR 3 has a powerlevel of 13, but maintains a powerlevel of 50 for a 40 CR creature.5) Divine Power
Issue: The spell cannot be refreshed. Re-casting it before it expires does not work to refresh the duration.

Issue: The spell paralyzes the caster. Causes issues with NPC mobs that use the spell, for example the harpies in Weapons of War 2.

Issue: Damage dice do not match description. Actual damage is far below the spell description.
Proposed solution: Adjust either description or spell code so they match.8) Lion's Roar (Cleric/FS level 8, not Leonal's Roar)
Issue: The listed AB bonus of the spell does not work.
Proposed solution: Fix the AB boost?8) All KPRC Nature spells, e.g. Hawkeye, Lesser Aura of Cold, Aspect of the Bear
Issue: Cannot be put on a fast buff rod, as the spell cannot be targeted onto the rod.

Issue: Duration is not working as intended. Disappears on zoning and also disappears prematurely (reported by dmro1994 on Discord). This appears to be limited to the spell being cast by a cleric, as wizard casting seems to work as intended.
Proposed solution: Fix duration.10) Weapon Buffs (specifically Undead Bane Weapon, Greater Magic Weapon, Flame of Faith, Sonic Weapon, Bladeweave)
Issue: Some of the weapon buffs, like Flame Weapon, are able to affect all weapons, including offhand ones. Others, like the ones listed above, only affect the main hand or primary weapon.
Proposed solution: Make weapon buffs affect multiple weapons as was done for Flame Weapon.
