NEW! Bug / Feedback / Request Reporting Portal

Hi All,

We have finally got around to adding the new player/DM portal to the ROT web site. You will need to be logged into the forum to use it.

All bugs and requests are required to be entered into the new system to be worked on. Questions should be posted to the bugs forum if you aren't sure about whether something is a bug or not, or if you have general questions that you would like feedback on.

To create a bug report or a request follow the instructions below:

1) Click the following link: http://www.realmsoftrinity.com/Portal/

2) Click the "Report Bug" button.

3) Fill out the form and click "Submit". You do not have to assign any groups or users to the issue, it will automatically handle that.

To check the status ( if desired ) of the issues you opened:

1) Return to the home by clicking home at the top right of the screen.

2) Click the Check Status button. It will bring up a report of all open issues that you have opened.
Note: There are many other search options under the full "Issue/Job search" feature on the left nav.

hi, i have a bug with my cone of cold spell, which is only dealing 1die of damage without ER. some other people have had the same issue. but i couldnt create a bug report

Donated USD 20 for Skywatcher account, Lyann Stormcaller character, and saw where it was charged to my card, but I never received credit for the donation? Can someone check on this for me?
