I sent a new version to Brian. The developers now have the option to make elemental damage increase effects applied on the character subject to damage resistance and immunity. Dodge Cap was never lifted, tested long time ago with KC. CS think counts now correct to the Dodge Cap. That was the last adjustment i know.

You're right, but balancing was done with the assumption that it was lifted correvctly.

I believe that the dodge AC balancing was already done when lifting the cap was last attempted.
