As a player who played healer on events most of all(last 6 mounth), I'll tell my opinion: 1) Make less difference between level 5 and level 9 spells. Rest every 5 mins(with AQ healing) is not so funny for people. It will not be imbalanced, other low-level spells are powerful too, healing should not ...

I think you should add something like:
If ((character level - (CR+EX)) > 0) then (all_drop_chances = 0)

and then increase all awards a lot, possible up to 1% chance for set item with every EX6 creature killed.

I am guessing you switched Pal and BG ones though. So good-aligned characters would get a Pal type aura and Neutral/Evil characters would get a BG type aura. No, I switched it specially.
