The "issues" with Hold and Clap, are long standing and really unrelated to the 7-9 changes. It's nice to fix everything, but can we move on to getting spell slots now?

Level 7 is going to be full uses of maximized res bolts or shouts. You now get maximized mass mod cure at 9 if you want heal focused bard.
