Kc2345 pointed out to me that it might be mpredict, which is built into NWlauncher.
I tried disabling it with the comman /mpredict and it seems to have fixed it.

... Only problem is, you have to do that every time you launch NWlauncher.
I have yet to figure out how to disable it at launch
