Potential idea to expand the Epic Prowess feat line?

I could create a Epic Prowess II, III, IIII, more ...

1. Each gives +1 magical AB and +1 magical damage.
2. Give high level fighter and other feat free class something to pick offensively.

I do not think so. Maybe the only thing will change is that it may take multiple rolls to get the maxed 4 slots per level.

If you are on EX8 and also have some special tags for the mob. It may have 120AB or so. Yes. The AC is capped. I cannot remember the exact number. Something around 103 or 106.

It is still unclear whether that will have impact on server/client stabilities if AB/AC numbers over 127 becomes prevalent. We need to at least beta test them before we say we can safely lift the cap further.
