Bow should be a better version of a crossbow actually, bacause crossbows are SIMPLE weapons but bows are MARTIAL. I just want to say that this is a very VERY helpful and informative post Itaasi.

Pls. pin/sticky this Brumm for any future visitors. Having and example command line for individual server file pathing whatnot is very useful.

I would suggest we balance for an assumed heal skill less than 100. Basic max ranks class skill is 43. (P.S. Oh, I'm not adverse to apropriate levels of ER scaling ofc, that's perfectly acceptable. Even non-damaging scaling is fine. Warlock chilling tentacles dont really do significantly more damage than black tentacles after all, but their grapple chance scales up, for example.)

I have a vague recollection that way way back when like 13 yrs ago or whatever it was healing was changed to large untargeted AOE due to heals failing due to LOS issues... was that right?

He's cheered me up.

"if avasculate 50% capped is 2500
then spear 15% capped should be 750 dmg"

Ofc, its actually 3000 so by this slightly-off logic spear damage cap should be 900, but still he made me laugh. Tyvm :D
