I guess that feels usual, this is how DMs consider players ideas recently, if they don't go along with "More Power to Arcanes" or "let's waste time with useless features" trends.

I can easily recognize that.
See ? not difficult.
My baseline is : don't waste my time, and don't make new players flee with non understandable rules, we just can't afford it. Beyond that I'm all ears and proposals (bad and good) since... well, nearly 10 years now.

I think EK has already many cheeses and It pains me to see they have better AB and AC than an uber fighter, that is why I would not count them. After all, you want to cast spells, that is a boost already. and Tenser is balance breaking.

Whatever the feat, I had in mind fiery fist because monks have to actively pay for the feat instead of having for free. And currently Fiery fist is totally useless.
