EX Scaling update:
- Reduced AC cap to 105 (From 115)
- Removed AB sacling
- Increased CR by 1/EX (affected by downscaling formula for lower level mobs)
- Added WIS/CHA/CON scaling for higher saves
- Changed HP sacling from being percent based to 150/EX (just to try it out)

@lavda: That is quite funny because my initial suggestion was to have the same scaling for every creature without any modifcation. But since people complained about that like mad I added the reduced scaling for lower level creatures you now object to. I am fine with both solutions but it seems like ...

It is not a bad idea, KC, but a lot of work. I finished a first attempt of a new scaling code which we can test on beta.
