I figured you all could appreciate this little tidbit since you are very attentive to the needs of the players and work hard and fast to resolve issues people have.
I always like to point out web services that have great customer support since so many don’t. Below is the last email I received and today there is a big button for recently added content. All I can say is WOW.
I have nothing but respect for the Hulu customer support team.

Hi Lane, We replaced "recently added" with "coming soon" in our TV navigation, but I'll ask our team to revisit that decision.
This link will bring you to recently added full TV episodes: http://www.hulu.com/recent/episodes. To get there, I clicked on Coming Soon and then on the tab for "Recently Added," using the drop down menu to select full episodes. I think we should display full episodes by default if someone clicks on "Recently Added" from the TV page, so we'll definitely make that change.
I've attached a screengrab to kind of walk you through this. Or you can just bookmark that link until we get this resolved!
