Hey guys and gals,
I know this is way off topic but I figured this was the best place to look.
Do any of you folks know anything about Linux. I'm trying to combine two shell scripts into one but am having alot of trouble doing it. If anybody knows anything about Linux scripts and can help me out I would love the help.

What I'm going for is a program that monitors disk drive space and alerts admin at a certin drive lvl along with who the top 10 users of the drives space.
I found a script that monitors drive space and alerts when it hits a level. I also found one that figures out who the top 10 users are. I just need to figure out how to combine them.

If I was facing that particular problem in linux I would turn disk use quotas on - link While setting it up is time consuming it is easier that trying to merge 2 scripts that might not be properly mergeable
But if you PM me the 2 scripts i might be able to merge them. In the long run using quota's would be a better admin policy.
