OK I think there's some explainin' to do. Afaik, everything that has been added by kaedrin is magical. Heck, I think that even the class SR is magical. Or at least, that's the only explanation I could find when I made a AK/monk with improved spell resistance feats and my SR was still 40...

So. On RoT, you hit the cap REALLY easily. Say you're at ER1 and thus have a +11 to AB weapon. You have 1 haste + 11 weapon +4 Greater heroism = 16 out of 20. You have space for 4 more magical AB. So intuitive attack isn't commonly used these days :P On a dragon shifter though, I think that it would be a a good investment. You'll just have to read the whole feat description.

As for the character sheet, it tends to neglect the cap. Result: It looks like you have a very nice AB.

Hope this clarifies things

In short to the above.

Intuitive Attack counts towards to +20 AB cap which the NWN2 engine applies to the game. Anything above this +20 AB cap is ignored in combat although it may be counted on the character sheet.

So if you have +20 AB from Intuitive Attack then you can gain no other benefit from any other AB enhancing items/spells. This includes magical weapons.

The reason Intuitive Attack counts towards this cap is because it is a KPRC addon. Kaedrin cannot alter the code to change this.

It's worth noting that Dex based or Str based monks do not have this limitation.
